NPC: An archmage
Long Desc: An archmage dressed in an elaborate dark cloak stands here.

Looming over all in his presence, this creature of the dead instills fear in
all those who possess life.  His cloak engulfs him and seems to absorb all
light in the vicinity into its impregnable darkness.  His eyes glow blood
red with an evil light and seem to be able to pierce the soul of all those
he chooses to look at.  Around him is a great magical disturbance, that
swirls and crackles with a malevolent energy.  Fear this being, for he is
surely more than a match for any one mortal.
He is a undead approximately 5'5" tall.
