Long Desc: A bounty hunter with a nasty grin is here following you.

Dressed from head to toe in black, this hired hand has been paid to hunt
you down and kill you.  Its face is plastered with a nasty grin from ear to
ear, and blood dribbles from its mouth indicating the state of its last
victim.  Its breath smells like a fetid corpse, and a dried, pus - blood mix
is caked here and there where wounds have not been treated.  It is a most
unpleasent looking creature and you sense insatiable greed behind its mask
of terror.
She is a fey approximately 4'9" tall.
