NPC: The crusader behemoth
Long Desc: The crusader behemoth is here, mounted on a magnificent black stallion.

This minotaur isn't, if notably so only by his eyes without pupils.  They
are completely white, unseeing, oblivious to the evil perpetrated by its
master.  However, if that is the drawback to the form assumed by this thug
of the Commissioner of Xenocide, then there are also many obvious benefits.
This unminotaur has bicepts larger than his head, and is completely covered
in heavy armor.  He wields a mean lance, and undoubtedly knows how to use
it.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'11" tall.
