Long Desc: A hunchbacked humanoid catfish skulks about.

The sliith are an aquatic race of semi-sentient humanoids, evolutionarily
not unlike the sahuagin, but descendants of catfish, rather than sharks.
Bulbous, burping bottomfeeders, this sliith is no exception, yet the book
nestled under his finned arm and the glint in his eye indicates he might be
different in other ways.
It is a unique approximately 4'9" tall.
