NPC: A member of the Imperial Guard
Long Desc: A large, dark-skinned man with a shaved head and heavy battleaxe stares at you.

Tasked by Emperor Diocletian's father to seek out the fabled Twin Dragons of
Colove, these members of the imperial guard undertook their job with vigor
and enthusiasm.  After six months of searching, they finally located their
quarry in the ruins of a small village.  Their orders were to locate the
dragons, and they did so; however, there was a clear lack of direction after
their goal was met.  With lack of anything better to do, the Guards took up
residence in the ruins, rebuilt it into a great hall, and took up residence,
living out their lives as a fulfillment of their last official task.  Here,
they and their offspring stand, still standing watch over the avaricious
dragons' lair.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
