NPC: The watcher from the shadows
Long Desc: A shadowy figure watches you from afar.

The designated overseer of the Cenotaphy situated in the meteor crater, the
shadow watches.  Neither a watchman nor a guard, nor a gardener nor a
curator nor a mourner, the shadow stands resolutely still.  Should something
happen that require it take action, the result is unknown; nothing happens
within the cenotaphy that did not arise from without; nothing happens within
the cenotaphy to anything that arose from within, for the indestructable
admantite ground casts a pall of immaculateness and untouchability.
Opposition to those commemorated here is pointless, for the cenotaphs of the
good and evil and chaotic alike are as impervious to change as any other,
and none save the creator artificers can alter any of them.
It is a shadow approximately 5'5" tall.
