NPC: A rambunctious young boy
Long Desc: A little boy is here, torturing some insects.

Dressed in rags, this boy is probably the offspring of one of the commoners,
or possibly an orphan.  Whatever the case, his guardians are certainly not
doing a very good job looking after him.  An aspiring little schemer, he has
made up this tiny portion of cavern as a hideout for himself, and who knows
what he spends his time doing in here.
He is a human approximately 3'4" tall.
