NPC: An old pirate
Long Desc: An old pirate wanders by looking for a handout.

This old pirate is scruffy and dirty from many months at sea.  Weathered
by time and a hard life, he creeps around slowly.  Poor and ragged, he looks
for a handout from every person he meets on the street.  He isn't a happy
person, almost existing without a soul.  His true love is the sea and he has
lost his heart and soul to it.  There is an uneasiness about him that makes
you feel uncomfortable in his presence.
He is a human approximately 5'7" tall.
