NPC: Boulderarse, the bartender
Long Desc: A huge female ogre is here, tending bar.

Boulderarse, the ogre bartender, is quite a character.  Towering far
above the top of the counter, she tends bar as if it were second nature.
She has a really rough exterior but the heart of a real softy.  Her voice is
very rough and gravel-like.  If you turned your head for a moment and didn't
know better, you'd swear it was a man talking.  What'll you have?  , she
says with that gruff voice.  You cough and timidly ask for a house draught.
She is a ogre approximately 7'0" tall.
