NPC: A pulsating haze of light
Long Desc: A pulsating haze of light sputters and sparks above your head.

This little faerie looks right at home here, and it giggles at you when
you look at it.  The sound, however, comes from all around you as it spins
and twirls through the air, its form ever changing.  In the space of a
second or two, you see many shapes as it flutters about you, teasing your
cumbersome form.  This little being is definitely alive, there is no
stopping it, and you start to get dizzy the longer you attempt to track its
motions.
It is a faerie approximately 0'2" tall.
