NPC: Taramine the guildsman
Long Desc: Taramine, head of the Lasler outpost, examines a small Seelie Crystal for defects.

Before you is Taramine, a prodigal member of the Crystal Guild.  This branch
in Lasler Village is an outpost of the main operation running out of the
city of Rune, but is still equally as chaotic.  After King Sandoval of the
Sidhe assigned the head of the Crystal Guild, Tadamir, the task of hunting
down long-lost Seelie crystals, he eventually recruited other sidhe like
Taramine, young entrepreneurs who set out into the world with purpose.  Now
he runs this branch in the village, offering work to young adventurers.  

+++ Taramine the guildsman will, when you sayto Taramine "I wish to assist
the Crystal Guild", assign you a task that will reward gold upon
completion.

He is a sidhe approximately 6'1" tall.
