NPC: An old magician
Long Desc: A contemplative elf looks up from his studies at you.

This elderly elf glows with an inner well-being that permeates the area
around him.  Flowing black robes embroidered with mysterious runes swirl
around his thin form.  The small skullcap perched on his head is visible
only as he bows to greet visitors to his realm.  Clearly, this elf is a
great magician worthy of the respect of all who enter this domain.
He is a elf approximately 4'9" tall.
