NPC: A visiting merchant marine looking for a fight
Long Desc: A tall man in a sailor's outfit spits nearly onto you.

Full of swagger and booze he bought at one of the nearby merchants, this man
is off duty and on the rocks.  His vessel is nearly empty because he's spent
the past week unloading it, and even though his muscles are sore, he wants
to work off some stress by tearing the head off of whoever gets in his way.
He is a sahuagin approximately 5'5" tall.
