NPC: A swarm of rats
Long Desc: A huge swarm of rats swarm over a fresh corpse here.

To count the amount of rats in the swarm would prove fruitless, what
appears to be hundreds of beady eyes stare out into the darkness, a mass of
blood soaked fur and claws.  It appears to move as one, making it look like
a formidable opponent.  Just the thought of that many rats covering one's
body is enough to make even the strongest warror squeamish.
He is a rodent approximately 1'5" tall.
