NPC: A dressing actor
Long Desc: An actor changes his costume in preparation for the next scene.

While there are areas of the dressing room that are sectioned off to give
the performers some privacy, this actor obviously doesn't have time to worry
about modesty.  The play is probably designed to give him just enough time
to slip offstage, change his costume, and return.  If he doesn't hurry, then
he might miss his next cue to come on stage.
He is a sidhe approximately 6'0" tall.
