NPC: Kamen Van Pelt
Long Desc: An excessively tanned ogre in a garish shirt sits in the sun, toying with glinting renewal tokens.

The ogre relaxing in the sun looks like he's spent too much time on the
beaches of Sepharia, and not enough time in a clothes store.  His skin is an
awkward orange colour, and he sports a shirt that is both several sizes too
small and is covered in horribly bright flowers.  It would seem he's one of
the Van Pelt summer hires, taking on the name to help the family deal with
business under the Alyrian sun, and is responsible for offering summer
RENEWAL tokens for sale.
He is a ogre approximately 6'11" tall.
