Long Desc: A tiny Nereid is here floating magically in mid-air.

This minature creature is as mysterious as it is small, it flitters about
in front of your face so quickly that you cannot see its features.  All of a
sudden, the Nereid stops mid air, as still as a castle and you can make out
a tiny face and little eyes.  Then as fast as it stopped, it is off again,
zipping about.
It is a faerie approximately 0'3" tall.
