NPC: A castle painter
Long Desc: A painter is here, touching up walls and ceilings.

Covered in spots of paint, dust and dirt, this young sidhe has been busy
working around the castle.  It is one of a few local traders who is employed
to keep the castle and surroundings immaculate, and it does a fine job too.
Although, grubby and filthy, you notice a smile from under the layers of
dust.
He is a sidhe approximately 5'1" tall.
