NPC: Kelpie
Long Desc: A blue Barangee cat is here; her collar reads 'Kelpie'.

Kelpie is a Barangee cat, with an elongated slender build, almond-shaped
eyes, long nose, and large ears.  She has a blue coat.  Cats are commonly
found throughout Alyria in many different forms and are in contention for
the most popular choice of domestic pets.  Due to the popularity of cats as
pets, the problem of strays is a growing concern and many large cities have
established animal shelters to help alleviate the problem.  The name tag
around the neck of Kelpie indicates that she came from such a shelter.
She is a domestic cat approximately 1'5" tall.
