Long Desc: A servant of Seelie is here, bowing to all who pass.

This young man has been assigned the tasks nobody else likes to do.  He
is a little grubby looking, and is clothed in little more than rags.  As you
look at him, he notices and smiles at you as if to indicate his pleasure in
providing service to you.  Lowering his gaze, the servant turns and looks
around, trying to complete some task for a lord of Seelie.
He is a faerie approximately 0'3" tall.
