An elderly appearing sandcrab is here selling some of the world's finest
goods.  After all the work it took for you to get here, you hope that his
shop is really worth all the trouble.  Barnacle Bartholemeu has been known
to sell some of the best in magical components and items.  Whenever you are
ready to leave, say leave or exit and Barnacle will show you the way out.
He is a crustacean approximately 1'6" tall.
