NPC: A steam-driven overmind
Long Desc: A massive, blood-red brain flies overhead, ready to destroy minds.

Travelling on a small metal sled with an engine in the back, this floating
brain has power and style.  It is large, the size of a melon, and vaguely
smells of formaldehyde.  It jets about, controlling its direction with
psychic power, looking for a victim with a brain ripe for the frying.  A
deep red, not pink, it sometimes pulses, and every once in awhile the
surrounding reality bends slightly.
It is a unique approximately 4'9" tall.
