NPC: An upper house waiter
Long Desc: An upper house waiter is here, casually servicing the guests.

Dressed formally, this waiter has been employed to take care of the needs
of the guests of Seelie castle.  He is a sidhe, like many other locals, and
looks like a kind enough fellow.  Apart from his ability to carry a
ridiculous amount of glasses and plates, this guy looks as though he may
have sorted out a few scuffles here and there.
He is a sidhe approximately 5'1" tall.
