NPC: A logger
Long Desc: A logger is hard at work here, renovating Rune Forest.

After Lord Agrippa gave the go-ahead to renovate Rune Forest, logging teams
and various special operatives have been moving in under the cover of night.
While the forest sleeps, the loggers do not, changing the face of the Forest
around the clock.  Too long has it been left untamed and wild, and many of
the original denizens have been driven out.  Now Lord Agrippa's push to
reclaim the forest is underway, and rumor holds its completion is just a
matter of weeks.  This logger is hard at work, sawing and splintering away
at trees and vegetation.
He is a minotaur approximately 6'9" tall.
