NPC: A ghostly rat
Long Desc: A ghostly rat wavers here, devoid of form.

Some strange magic has trapped the life of this rat, sealing its instincts
into a shifting, unsteady form.  An icy chill emanates from the ghostly
creature, lowering the temperature considerably.  Unsuspecting of the
situation it finds itself in, the rat prowls around the cage, wandering
aimlessly.  It does not acknowledge the other forms in the cage, nor stop to
sniff the sterile enclosure.  It merely wanders.

It is a displacer beast approximately 2'6" tall.
