NPC: Maivarii the Old
Long Desc: Maivarii the Old kneels in a flowerbed here.

Weary eyes peer out from under the brim of a straw hat, which bobs to and
fro in fields of dazzling color.  Maivarii the Old seems to be perpetually
in the flowerbed; he alternates between napping, snacking on the basket of
food beside him, or working his way through the giant flowerbeds that line
the front of the Schoolhouse.  He's spent his life in the outdoors, and it
shows.  His ears droop low - youth has left him far behind.

He is a elf approximately 4'7" tall.
