NPC: A mind flayer
Long Desc: A very aggrivated mind flayer fades into existance and attacks.

The mind flayer is an evil and feared creature of the plains.  Using both
mental and magical powers, it enslaves or kills nearly anything it comes in
contact with.  They stand about six feet tall, and have hideous mauve tinted
skin that glistens with slime.  The head resembles that of an octopus, white
white eyes and four tentacles around its mouth.  The creature's hands have
but three reddish fingers and a thumb.
He is a mindflayer approximately 7'1" tall.
