NPC: An imprisoned plaguebearer
Long Desc: A skulk hangs against the wall, tattered robes hanging about her.

Hung by her wrists, the plaguebearer's body limp, her eyes rolled back from
exhaustion and pain.  Thrown into this hellish brimstone prison by
Cassandra's minions, she has remained forgotten here, but miraculously has
not yet perished.
She is a skulk approximately 5'6" tall.
