Long Desc: Lord Agrippa is here, enjoying the fresh air.

This is the famous Cornelius Agrippa, Lord of Rune.  He is much beloved by
his people for his kind deeds and actions in preserving the freedoms and
rights of the individual.  It's not often he gets out and about in the city,
and the joy is plain to see on his face.  The trappings of state and the
worries of a ruler have been left behind, if only for a while.  Freedom,
fresh air and joyous citizenry await.
He is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
