NPC: A sahuagin warrior
Long Desc: An evil sahuagin warrior is here, looking for sentients to kill.

The evil Sahuagin race are the creation of an evil drow necromancer
millenia ago.  The evil sorcerer sought immortality, and knew from his own
god that the gods earned their power from the faith of their worshippers.
The evil drow decided that if he had a group of worshippers, he might be
able to achieve godhood with the help of his own magical powers.  He
experimented for many years, and eventually, the first Sahuagin was born of
an elven female.  The drow envied the sea elves their domain, and sent the
Sahuagin to destroy the elves, and this war has been waged ever since.  When
there is no elf around to kill, however, they like to kill the next best
thing...  Anything that happens to be nearby.  That's you, by the way.
It is a sahuagin approximately 5'7" tall.
