NPC: A patch of tangleweed
Long Desc: A patch of carnivorous tangleweed reaches for anything that moves.

The tangleweed is a species of underwater plants that gets nourishment by
trapping and feeding on animals that pass to close to them.  Long tendrils
of vines reach out and drag unfortunate beasts into various pouches along
the main body, where they are smothered and digested.
It is a plant approximately 5'6" tall.
