Long Desc: A deformed busker howls here, making a horrible noise.

Dressed in rags, with only a tin cup in front of him, this lamer is
attempting to woo you with his most pathetic vocal ability.  A horrible
sound eminates from his acrid mouth and accosts your ears, and the ears of
others.  You can tell as people passing by wince when they hear this nasty
melody.  His cup is empty, and there is no questioning why, this freak
should have kept his day job.
He is a faerie approximately 0'3" tall.
