NPC: A desperate miner
Long Desc: A grimy kobold looks up from his bucket of gemstones, surprised to see you.

Sunken eyes and shallow breaths reeking of whiskey are never a good
indicator of a healthy, rational individual.  Upon seeing another humanoid,
this kobold doffs his miner's cap and moves about the far end of the room
skittishly.  He doesn't look well, and the sweat on his brow might be
attributable to the depth and heat, or maybe to nerves and anxiety.
Regardless, it's probably not a good idea to stay too close to him for loo
long- provocation is never a wise choice in this sort of situation.
He is a kobold approximately 5'5" tall.
