NPC: A frostbiter
Long Desc: A strange blue snake is slithering around here.

This odd snake crawls quickly through the room, leaving a trail in the
ice behind it.  As it gets closer, you notice that its scales are actually
small pieces of ice, and decide that the snake must have been summoned here
from the ethereal plane.  You can tell that the serpent has very sharp
teeth, and hope that it doesn't see you.
It is a snake approximately 1'5" tall.
