NPC: A mudskipper
Long Desc: A slimy fish wiggles through the mud here.

This odd little fish is crawling through the muck on the floor, using its
fins to pull it along.  You've never seen a creature quite like this before,
and decide that this one must have mutated to survive under its current
conditions to survive.  The mudskipper is obviously searching for a pool of
water to return to, and it looks rather upset that it hasn't found one yet.
It is a fish approximately 1'6" tall.
