NPC: An animated stump
Long Desc: A small tree stump is here, looking disgruntled.

This odd little creature was once a tall, majestic tree, but was cut down
in order to build a house for someone.  Apparently, the stump has gotten one
last chance to avenge itself, since it is now waddling around the room.  It
has somehow managed to grow short and almost comical arms and legs, but any
merriment you felt is erased as the angry plant catches sight of you and
charges forward.
It is a plant approximately 5'5" tall.
