NPC: A rock spider

This is certainly one of the strangest arachnids that you've ever seen.
It has a large body, eight spindly legs, and many glittering eyes and teeth.
However, the spider seems to be constructed entirely from small rocks and
stones.  You suppose that the tremendous heat of the dungeon could have
allowed such a creature to form, but it is more likely that it was summoned
from the ethereal plane to act as a guardian.
It is a arachnid approximately 1'6" tall.
