NPC: King Sandoval
Long Desc: King Sandoval stands here, watching over his castle.

The king of the Seelie Court smiles as he watches you walk closer towards
him.  His large figure dominates the room, and you can hardly find yourself
looking away from him.  He exposes a hand from under his opulent robes and
raises it toward you.  In it you see a mysterious glow which vibrates and
hums, its warmth reaches out to you and makes you feel very relaxed.
He is a sidhe approximately 6'1" tall.
