NPC: An eternal watcher of the Clockwork Oak
Long Desc: A watcher of the Clockwork Oak continues its eternal vigil.

Almost twelve feet in height, this statue seems to be made entirely of
pliable, armored oak.  It would blend in with the surroundings almost
completely if it wasn't for the occasional movement and rustle of leaves on
its back.  Despite the humanoid shape, the face is void of any features
apart from two supposed eyesockets, both wreathed in shadow and unseeable.
It stands astride the root that curves up into the Clockwork Oak, assessing
visitors for something, some mark or blessing of the Forest Spirit.
It is a animated statue approximately 11'8" tall.
