NPC: Tirisil, the missing mage
Long Desc: A broken and battered sahuagin lies here, close to death.

Torn-off scales lie scattered around this dying sahuagin, like funeral roses
around a coffin.  A pool of bright blood slowly oozes its way outwards,
growing ever larger.  He barely responds to anything around him, and it
looks like he's had a brutal time getting here.  Teeth and claw marks cover
his body, deep slashes gouge into his chest, and scales are shredded.  This
is the end of the road for Tirisil, mage of the Order of the Malachite
Golem, as there simply aren't enough supplies left to save him.
He is a sahuagin approximately 5'5" tall.
