NPC: A twitchy wolf
Long Desc: A wolf lurks in the shadows, twitching strangely.

There's something visibly wrong with this wolf, and in that context it might
be a good idea to stay far, far away.  It lurks in the shadows, but an
occasional strangled yelp gives away its position, while its head and muzzle
twitch about, snapping open and closed.  A strange red tint inhabits its
eyes, and it seems perpetually distracted by something just in front of it,
where there's nothing.  You could also try petting it.
He is a wild dog approximately 1'11" tall.
