NPC: A patrolling watcher
Long Desc: A watcher of the Clockwork Oak patrols along the forest road.

Wrapped in a cloak of verdant green, this elf has been recruited by forces
unknown to patrol the forest roads.  Two tall ears poke through a heavy
hood, which rings her face in heavy shadow, made darker by the canopy above.
Some sort of weapon lurks under the cloak, but it's too vague an outline to
tell what type.  She walks at a steady, drilled pace, all straight lines and
purpose.  No fighting nor dark beasts on the road while this one walks.
She is a elf approximately 4'7" tall.
