NPC: An oversized seagull
Long Desc: An oversized seagull flaps around on a rampage here.

This bird is disgustingly overweight.  It stomps about the flattened
dwelling, casting about with a tiny beak and eyes hidden by rolls of avian
fat.  It occupies almost half the room, tottering about on legs that are far
too small for its girth; they occasionally give way, causing the beast to
knock another hole in a wall or crush more furniture.  This bird is a
glutton, and definitely not suitable for living in a village such as this.
It is a bird approximately 1'5" tall.
