NPC: A waterglider
Long Desc: A strange shape glides through the water.

It's hard to tell what it is in the darkness, but it has paws, claws and
padded feet.  In another, brighter world, it might look like a beaver, but
after years down here this creature has thick webbing running along its
side, between spindly legs and dull black eyes.  The lining around its mouth
has worn away, revealing tiny, sharp teeth that probably look a lot worse
than they bite, and straggly fur floats loose in the water.
He is a unique approximately 4'7" tall.
