NPC: The Malachite Golem's quartermaster
Long Desc: The Order's quartermaster is here, cloaked in anonymity and a hood.

This dwarf stands silently in a corner, watching passers-by from underneath
a shadowed hood.  As quartermaster of the Order, he provides a vital
function in gearing up recruits and offering items to those who prove their
loyalty, but doesn't seem like much of the fighting type considering how
stout he is, and considering how far that belly sticks out.  Too much time
poring over inventories and not enough fighting has taken its due from him.
He is a dwarf approximately 4'5" tall.
