NPC: The Rabid Wolf's quartermaster
Long Desc: The Order's quartermaster is here, meditating in a corner.

This elf huddles into a corner, staying back out of everyone's way.  As
quartermaster of the Order, she provides a vital function in gearing up
recruits and offering items to those who prove their loyalty, but doesn't
seem like much of the fighting type.  Worryingly thin, her robe is much too
big for her, but she doesn't seem uncomfortable or ill at ease; quite the
opposite, actually, surrounded by stacks of curious and dangerous items.
She is a elf approximately 4'8" tall.
