NPC: A diseased stag
Long Desc: A weak and diseased stag crawls around, nearing death.

This once-proud creature is now pathetic and diseased, barely able to stand
on four rickety legs.  His antlers are broken and peeling, no longer useful
for anything.  His hide is a faded brown, covered in mange and sores, and
his hooves look like they've been set aflame by whatever magic was set off
here.  Truly a cruel sight to behold.  It might be a kindness to simply put
this creature out of its misery.
He is a deer approximately 3'10" tall.
