NPC: An insane marauder
Long Desc: An insane marauder leers about here, looking for something to kill or maim.

With clothing close to disintegrating into rags, teeth as dirty as mud and
hair as bedraggled as a vinebeast, this marauder looks to be enjoying
themselves.  Ragged armor is flecked with blood, likely from the rusty blade
clutched desperately in their hand.  There's a desperate, crazed glint in
their eyes, and you're the most available source of bloodletting.  Whatever
has driven these people to desert Lord Agrippa's army, the park keeper's
order, and the twin Orders of the northern forest has driven them to
insanity, and dark deeds.
She is a human approximately 5'8" tall.
