NPC: A chained initiate

Marked plainly with the Order of the Malachite Golem's sigil, this
unfortunate initiate has been caught one of their introductory tasks, and
was foolish enough to even come onto this isle in the first place.  Now
they're starving to death in a dark, dank cave, and nobody has come for
them.  An occasional sniffle breaks the silence, and maybe if they're
feeling particularly rebellious, they'll roll around helplessly, bound by
the thick chains that someone could break.
She is a drow approximately 4'9" tall.
