NPC: Doc, the genius sister
Long Desc: A frazzled-looking gnome digs about amidst the chaos and mess.

Dressed in a white lab coat, Doc, sister of Doc and creator of the Clockwork
Oak is a personality to be reckoned with.  Various tools and bits of
machinery hang from her pockets, and her white hair looks like it's smudged
with engine oil.  The ponytail it tapers off into looks a little worse for
wear, but the hyperactive and talkative gnome probably hasn't noticed.  She
doesn't seem to notice the mess either, and even if the Tavern has, alerted
by the explosions and shouting, the management is all too terrified to
venture up.  That, or dead.
She is a gnome approximately 4'1" tall.
